Title
Partikuläres Elektrodenmaterial mit einer Beschichtung aus einem kristallinen anorganischen Material und einem anorganisch-organischen Hybridpolymer und Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung
Other Title
Coated particulate electrode material, useful in lithium rechargeable batteries and/or double-layer capacitors, comprises particulate electrode material comprising lithium-intercalating and lithium deintercalating substances
Abstract
Coated particulate electrode material (1) comprises a particulate electrode material comprising lithium-intercalating and lithium deintercalating substances, which at least partially consist of (a) a nanostructured coating comprising at least one crystalline inorganic material (2) and (b) a nano-structured hybrid polymer coating comprising at least one inorganic-organic hydride polymer (3). An independent claim is included for coating particulate electrode material with a nano-structured coating comprising the crystalline inorganic material and an inorganic-organic hydride polymer, comprising dissolving or dispersing at least one precursor of a metal or semi-metal compound, or a metal or semi-metal compound in a solvent, adding at least one polymerizable, organic matter to the dissolved or dispersed metal, contacting the solution with the particulate electrode material, isolating and annealing the coated electrode material, providing a sol made of organically modified polysiloxane material and then mixing with the coated electrode material and optionally with at least one organic solvent, separating the organic solvent, where the electrode material with the nanostructured coating consists of inorganic material and polymer hybrid, and isolating, drying and curing the coated electrode material.
