An independent claim is also included for the method of producing endoprosthesis comprising building up of the endoprosthesis in layer-wise from a powdered biocompatible material, where each powder layer before applying the next powder layer is brought by heating for melting or sintering for fixation with the underlying layer to form the endoprosthesis with at least one channel and/or at least one cavity.
