Die Erfindung betrifft einen Strahler, insbesondere einen thermischen Strahler im infraroten Spektralbereich, mit einem photonischen Kristall, wobei die Strahlung durch lokale Temperaturaenderung eines Teilbereichs des photonischen Kristalls erzeugbar ist, sowie Vorrichtung und Verfahren zur Analyse der qualitativen und/oder quantitativen Zusammensetzung von Fluiden mit einem solchen Strahler.
