Vorrichtung und Verfahren zur Vermessung eines Gegenstandes

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zur Vermessung von Entfernungen und/oder räumlichen Koordinaten mindestens eines Gegenstandes, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Beleuchtungseinheit (10), eine Projektionsoptik zum Formen von Licht (L) auf einen in einem Messfeld (19) angeordneten Gegenstand (29) geeignet ist, einer Aufnahmevorrichtung (24) zur Erzeugung eines Bildes des Gegenstandes und einer Auswerteeinheit (25) zur Auswertung des erzeugten Bildes und zur Bestimmung der Entfernungen. Erfindungsgemäss umfasst die Beleuchtungsoptik mindestens eine Freiformoptik (11; 22), welche derart ausgebildet ist, dass von der Beleuchtungseinheit emittiertes Licht mittels mindestens einer Freiformoberfläche der Freiformoptik zu einem räumlich strukturierten Lichtmuster (14) in die Objektebene (12) gelenkt wird.
