Vorrichtung und Verfahren zur additiven Fertigung von Bauteilen

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur additiven Fertigung von Bauteilen. Die Vorrichtung umfasst einen additiven Fertigungskopf mit einer Extrusionsdüse sowie eine um die Extrusionsdüse herum angeordnete oder in die Extrusionsdüse integrierte Plasmaquelle zur Erzeugung von Plasma. Zudem betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung auch ein Verfahren zur additiven Fertigung von Bauteilen. Im Verfahren wird mithilfe einer um eine Extrusionsdüse eines additiven Fertigungskopfes herum angeordneten oder in die Extrusionsdüse integrierten Plasmaquelle ein Plasma erzeugt. Ferner wird ein Material geschmolzen, durch die Extrusionsdüse gepresst und schichtweise abgelegt. Zudem erfolgt eine Behandlung mit dem Plasma, bei welcher eine Oberfläche, auf welcher das Material schichtweise abgelegt wird, vor dem Ablegen mit dem Plasma behandelt wird, und/oder das Material vor, während und/oder nach dem Ablegen mit dem Plasma behandelt wird.
