Abstract
(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft piezo- und/oder pyroelektrische Polymerzusammensetzungen, die eine Matrix aus einem piezo- und/oder pyroelektrischen Polymer und/oder Copolymer sowie darin dispergierte Metall-Nanopartikel enthalten. Ebenso beschreibt die vorliegende Erfindung ein Herstellungsverfahren der zuvor genannten Polymerzusammensetzungen sowie piezo- und/oder pyroelektrische Bauteile, insbesondere Sensoren, Aktoren oder Wandler. Ebenso werden Verwendungszwecke der erfindungsgemaessen Polymerzusammensetzung angegeben.

DE 102009016209 A1 UPAB: 20101022 NOVELTY - Piezo- and/or pyroelectric polymer composition comprises a matrix containing at least one piezo- and/or pyroelectric polymer and/or copolymer and a nanoparticle, which comprises metal or metal alloy, dispersed in it. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing the above polymer composition, comprising (a) mixing the nanoparticle with a solution containing at least one piezo- and/or pyroelectric polymer and/or copolymer in a solvent and separating the solvent, or (b) mixing at least one compound (produced from elemental metal or metal alloy) with the solution containing at least one piezo- and/or pyroelectric polymer and/or copolymer in a solvent in connection with the production of the nanoparticle and then separating the solvent, or (c) mixing the compound (produced from elemental metal or metal alloy) with the solution containing at least one piezo- and/or pyroelectric polymer and/or copolymer in a solvent, separating the solvent and then producing the nanoparticle in situ in the solid matrix; and (2) a piezo- and/or pyroelectric component comprising the above polymer composition. USE - The piezo- and/or pyroelectric polymer composition is useful: in piezo- and/or pyroelectric component; and as piezoelectric actor, imaging material or storage material and/or storage element in the piezo- and/or pyroelectric sensor for detecting visual and/or infrared radiation (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The piezo- and/or pyroelectric polymer composition allows for improved absorption of heat and/or visible radiation thus allowing for more sensitive technical applications.
