Abdichtung fuer Fluid enthaltende Kammer

(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abdichtung fuer Fluide enthaltende Kammern. Sie kann fuer die Bestimmung der Konzentration von in einem Fluid enthaltenen Stoffen innerhalb der jeweiligen Kammer genutzt werden. Bei der erfindungsgemaessen Abdichtung ist die Kammer in einem aus mindestens zwei Teilen gebildeten Gehaeuse ausgebildet und zwischen den Teilen des Gehaeuses umlaufend um die Messzelle eine Flachdichtung und/oder eine die Kammer in zwei Kavitaeten trennende Folie eingelegt. Zumindest im Bereich umlaufend um die Kammer ist mindestens ein in Richtung auf die Flachdichtung oder die Folie offener Kanal in mindestens einem Teil des Gehaeuses ausgebildet. Allein oder zusaetzlich dazu kann mindestens ein Kanal an oder in einer Flachdichtung vorhanden sein. Durch den/die Kanal/Kanaele wird ein inertes Spuelgas oder aus der Messzelle abgefuehrtes Fluid so gefuehrt, dass das Spuelgas oder abgefuehrte Fluid unmittelbar an einer Oberflaeche der Flachdichtung und/oder der Folie entlangstroemt.
