Niedrig sinternder Hart-PZT-Werkstoff

Hard material based on lead zirconate/titanate has composition: (Pb1-yEy)(Zr1-x)O3+A (where y is 0-0.05; z is 0.45-0.5; E is Ba2+/Sr2+; A is oxide combination from 1.3-2.5 Bi2O3; 0.3-0.6 MnO2; 0.15-0.5 WO3; 0-0.2 Nb2O5. USE - Piezoelectric ceramic is used in electronic field. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic is hard material with low sintering temperature which does not lose excellent electronic properties.
