Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein beschichtetes Substrat, umfassend als Substrat einen Grundkörper sowie darauf angeordnet eine erste Schicht umfassend oder bestehend aus Titan und eine zweite Schicht umfassend oder bestehend aus Titanoxid, wobei die zweite Schicht unter Verwendung eines MAO-Verfahrens so aus einer Ausgangsschicht erzeugt wurde, dass die erste Schicht und die zweite Schicht resultieren.
