Title
Verfahren zur selektiven Abtrennung von Bestandteilen aus der hydrophoben Phase von revers-micellaren Systemen oder von W/O-Mikroemulsionen
Other Title
Process for the selective separation of constituents from the hydrophobic phase of reverse micellar systems or of w/o microelmulsions
Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the selective separation of constituents from the hydrophobic phase of reverse micellar systems or of w/o microemulsions and a device for performing the process. The reverse micellar system or the w/o microemulsion is permitted to flow past the one side of a membrane which is permeable for the separation constituents and impermeable for tensides and hydrophilic droplets, and on the permeate side of the diaphragm, a partial pressure is maintained, said pressure being lower than in the reverse micellar system or in the w/o microemulsion, and the constituents are separated selectively by pervaporation, pertraction or by membrane distillation from the organic or the hydrophobic phase of the reverse micellar system or the w/o microemulsion. Devices for the performance of the process according to the invention comprise one or several membrane modules past the one side of which the reverse micellar system or the microemulsion flows, on the permeate side of which a partial pressure of the separation constituents is maintained, said pressure being lower than in the reverse micellar system or in the microemulsion, and whose membrane is permeable for the separation constituents and impermeable for tensides and hydrophilic droplets.
