(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaltungsanordnung (100; 400) mit einer aktiven Steuerschaltung (102) zum Steuern eines Spannungswandlers (104) zum Wandeln einer Eingangsspannung (VCCein) in eine Betriebsspannung (VCCreg) fuer die aktive Steuerschaltung (102), wobei die Eingangsspannung (VCCein) kleiner ist als die Betriebsspannung (VCCreg). Die Schaltungsanordnung (100; 400) umfasst eine Startschaltung (106) zum Liefern, in einer Startphase, einer Startspannung (VCCstart) fuer die aktive Steuerschaltung (102), wobei die Startschaltung (106) ausgebildet ist, um die Startspannung (VCCstart) in Form von periodischen Betriebsspannungspulsen aus der Eingangsspannung (VCCein) zu erzeugen, und wobei die Betriebsspannungspulse fuer eine Inbetriebnahme der aktiven Steuerschaltung (102) ausreichen, so dass der Spannungswandler (104) von der aktiven Steuerschaltung (102) angesteuert werden kann.
