Gießkern für Gießformen sowie Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Gießkern für Gießformen, wobei der Gießkern eine Kernseele und einen um die Kernseele herum angeordneten Kernmantel umfasst. Der Kernmantel enthält mit einem Binder gebundene Keramik-Partikel oder besteht hieraus. Die Kernseele enthält mit einem Binder gebundene Keramik-Partikel oder besteht hieraus, wobei die Keramik-Partikel der Kernseele mindestens eine Komponente, die bei einer Temperatur in einem Bereich von 100 °C bis 1500 °C eine thermisch induzierte Phasenumwandlung aufweist, und/oder mindestens zwei Komponenten, deren Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten bei 20 °C sich um mindestens 5 · 10Kunterscheiden, enthalten oder daraus bestehen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft zudem ein Verfahren zur Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Gießkerns sowie die Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Gießkerns.
