Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Verbundwerkstoffen mit einer Matrix aus natuerlichen Polymeren und Zellstoffasern vorgeschlagen, bei dem zumindest ein Teil der Zellstoffasern vor oder anlaesslich der Einarbeitung der oder in die Matrix mit einer Lignin-Loesung als Haftvermittler behandelt wird. Vorzugsweise werden als natuerliches Polymer Lignin sowie Fasern aus dem Cellulose-Aufschluss und als Haftvermittler eine Alkaliligninloesung eingesetzt.

At least part of the cellulose fibers of or in the matrix are treated with lignin as an adhesive before or during use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The cellulose fibers are treated with an alkali lignin solution. The cellulose material is in the form of mats, woven fabric or bands of fibers, soaked in a lignin solution, followed by impregnation with a natural polymer. The fluid lignin solution is evaporated as the natural polymer melts during the shaping of the board material. The natural polymer is lignin, and the cellulose fibers are opened out. USE - The material is for components which can be subjected to impact blow forces. ADVANTAGE - The system uses natural materials, to give an effective molded component with the required strength and impact force resistance.
