Abstract
(A1) Eine Leiterplatte mit einem isolierenden Material und mit Leiterbahnen weist einen Sensor zum Ueberwachen eines Widerstandswerts des isolierenden Materials auf, und wobei der Sensor ausgebildet ist, ein von dem Widerstandswert des isolierenden Materials abhaengiges Signal auszugeben. Ferner ist ein Verfahren zum Detektieren einer Temperaturaenderung einer Leiterplatte gezeigt, wobei das Verfahren ein Erfassen eines temperaturabhaengigen Widerstandswerts des isolierenden Materials aufweist und ein Ausgeben eines von dem Widerstandswert des isolierenden Materials abhaengiges Signals.

The insulation materials are provided in series between the sensor conductor paths so that voltage is fed to the insulation materials over the sensor conductor paths.
