Mikrotiterplatten mit Begasung

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Zuechten von Mikroorganismen, welche eine Einrichtung mit mindestens einer Veriefung zur Aufnahme einer Kulturloesung umfasst, sowie Mittel zum Zufuehren von Gas in die Vertiefung. Das Mittel zum Zufuehren von Gas ist derart ausgestaltet, dass es das Gas in der Naehe des Bodens der Vertiefung abgibt, so dass das Gas im wesentlichen die gesamte Loesung durchstroemen kann. Die Vorrichtung zum Zuechten von Mikroorganismen ist vorzugsweise eine Mikrotiterplatte und das Mittel zum Zufuehren von Gas ein Rohr mit der Vertiefung entsprechend angepassten Abmessungen. Die Erfindung betrifft zudem ein Verfahren zum Zuechten der Zellen sowie die Verwendung der Vorrichtung zu dem angegebenen Zweck.
