(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein flaechiges oder geformtes Textilmaterial mit oder aus Fasern, wobei zumindest ein Teil der Fasern mit einem hydrolytisch kondensierten anorganisch-organischen Hybridmaterial mit darin eingebetteten, einfach- oder mehrfachwandigen Kohlenstoffnanoroehrchen beschichtet ist. Die Kohlenstoffnanoroehren sind vorzugsweise funktionalisiert, insbesondere mit Carbonsaeuregruppen oder Sulfanilsaeuregruppen. Das Textilmaterial ist fuer die Herstellung von Schutzkleidung, Barrierematerialien oder dgl. geeignet.
