Verfahren zur Regenerierung von Adsorbern

The invention relates to a process for the regeneration of adsorbers, as used, for example, in the recovery of solvents. Regeneration takes place by desorbing the adsorbed substances using a known process and generating a gaseous desorbent flow, by conducting the gaseous desorbent flow in one or several pervaporation modules, by removing the desorbed substances in the pervaporation modules by gas permeation via semipermeable solubility diffusion diaphragms from the desorbent flow, and by feeding the enriched desorbent flow in the circuit back to the adsorber. The preferred design variants of the process according to the invention use heated solubility diffusion diaphragms. The process according the invention permits the processing of the desorbent flow which is not connected to a state change of the total desorbent flow.
