Abstract
In a process for the localization of moving objects based of long-wave, mutual, phase-locked signals, these signals are received, converted, modulated onto a carrier, transmitted, received, demodulated and used for the localization of moving objects. According to the invention, an oscillator phase signal is transmitted and used to perform phase correction of the demodulated receive signal in order to compensate for the effects of phase fluctuations in the local oscillator signal - which is used to convert the received long-wave signals - on the localization of the moving object.
