(A1) Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein elektrostatisches Halteelement bzw. ein optisch strukturiertes Element oder eine optische Maske, das eine auf einem Substrat aufgebrachte Metallschicht sowie eine transparente Abdeckung umfasst. Zwischen der Metallschicht und der Abdeckung sind mindestens zwei Antireflexschichten eingebracht, die die Reflektivitaet der Metallschicht, von der Oberflaeche aus betrachtet, auf nahezu Null reduzieren. Somit wird eine direkte interferometrische Vermessung der Oberflaechenstruktur der transparenten Abdeckung moeglich.
