Absaugvorrichtung und Vorrichtung enthaltend eine Absaugvorrichtung

(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Absaugvorrichtung sowie auf eine Vorrichtung zur Behandlung, insbesondere zur Abreinigung, von Oberflaechen mittels eines CO<2<-Schnee-Strahles. Derartige Vorrichtungen werden in der optischen Industrie, der Medizintechnik, der pharmazeutischen Industrie, der Lackiertechnik, der Mikro- und Feinwerktechnik und dergleichen zur Behandlung bzw. Reinigung von Oberflaechen verwendet. Erfindungsgemaess weist die Absaugvorrichtung ein Absaugrohr (65) auf, das die zu behandelnde oder zu reinigende Oberflaeche (1) in der Ebene der Oberflaeche (1) vollstaendig umgibt und laengs seines Innenumfangs Gasdurchtrittsoeffnungen aufweist, durch die das auf der Oberflaeche (1) laminar abstroemende Gas einer Strahlvorrichtung aufgesaugt wird.
