Vorzugsweise kann mit der Vorrichtung das Objekt ausserdem gegriffen werden. Die Erfindung betrifft ausserdem ein Verfahren zur Bearbeitung eines Objektes, wobei mit einer der erfindungsgemaessen Vorrichtung entsprechenden Vorrichtung eine Fluessigkeit mit dem Objekt kontaktiert wird und das Objekt durch Erzeugung eines Unterdruckes gegriffen wird.
