(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft Materialzusammensetzungen, umfassend aus exokrinem Druesengewebe erhaltene adulte Stammzellen und eine Traegermatrix in Form einer Fadenstruktur und/oder eines Netzes. Die Traegermatrix besteht vorzugsweise aus einem koerpervertraeglichen und im Koerper abbaubaren Kunststoffmaterial. Die erfindungsgemaessen Materialzusammensetzungen sind besonders geeignet zur Verwendung in der Regenerationsmedizin, z. B. zur Wiederherstellung von verletztem oder geschaedigtem Myokardgewebe.

USE - The material composition is useful in medical applications, preferably in the regeneration medicine i.e. in the restoration of damaged or injured myocardium. The material composition is useful for transplantation or in a medical device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The exocrine glandular tissue is widely differentiable from which heart muscle cells can be obtained in good yield.
