Optische Linse und Herstellungsverfahren

(A1) Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung werden kostenguenstig herstellbare und individuell anpassbare optische Linsen zur Korrektur von Sehfehlern sowie ein entsprechendes Herstellungsverfahren angegeben. Erfindungsgemaess wird dazu auf einem lichtdurchlaessigen Substrat eine duenne Schicht aus Photopolymer aufgetragen, in der sich mittels ortsselektiver Belichtung eine an den zu korrigierenden Sehfehler angepasste diffraktive Struktur ausbilden laesst. Durch geeignete Gestaltung der diffraktiven Struktur koennen nahezu beliebige Abbildungseigenschaften, wie sie z. B. fuer Gleitsichtbrillen erforderlich sind, realisiert werden.

A diffractive structure is formed by a location-selective light exposure of the photopolymer thin layer. The location-selective light exposure is in conjunction with to-be corrected visual defects. Point-wise measurement of the location-selective light exposure is performed by a laser beam (3) focused from the photopolymer thin layer relative to the substrate. The laser beam is refocused depending on curvature of the substrate surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an optical lens for correcting vision defects. USE - Method for manufacturing an optical lens e.g. spectacle lens and contact lens (all claimed), to correct visual defect. ADVANTAGE - The method allows the optical lens to be individually adjusted and manufactured in a cost-effective manner.
