SCHALTUNG ZUM VERARBEITEN EINES ZEITDISKRETEN ANALOGSIGNALS UND BILDSENSOR
Other Title
Circuit for processing time-discrete analogue signal has output node connected to reference node during non-information containing section of signal level interval
Abstract
WO 200064142 A UPAB: 20001230 NOVELTY - The circuit has a transistor (10) receiving the input signal and driving a circuit output node, a device (14) for applying a voltage between a transistor-connected node (16) and another node (18), a device (20) for applying a D.C. voltage between the output node (19) and the other node, a normally open switch (24) that can be closed to connect the output node to a reference node during at least part of a non-information containing section of the signal level interval and a second switch (12) that interrupts the connection between the second node and the transistor at least while the first switch is closed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an image sensor. USE - For processing a time-discrete analogue signal with a time sequence of discrete signal levels, e.g. at the output of an image sensor with a number of pixel cells. ADVANTAGE - High speed is achieved despite low cost.
