Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Justierung und Montage von Farbteilersystemen

Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Justierung und Montage eines optischen Farbteilersystems vorgeschlagen, bei dem mindestens zwei Festkoerperdetektoren mit einer linien- oder flaechenfoermigen Pixelstruktur in bezug auf eine Einheit, bestehend aus mindestens zwei Farbteilerprismen, positioniert und mit den Farbteilerprismen verbunden werden. Dabei wird mindestens ein Lichtbuendel an den Farbteilerprismen in Bezugslichtbuendel aufgespalten und auf die Festkoerperdetektoren geleitet. Das Bild bzw. die Bilder des auf jedem Festkoerperdetektor abgebildeten Bezugslichtbuendels werden in Form von Pixeldaten an einen Rechner geliefert, der die Bildkoordinaten jedes Bildes unter Verwendung eines Subpixelalgorithmus berechnet. Die Groesse und Position der Bilder werden miteinander verglichen und gegebenenfalls werden die Positionen der Festkoerperdetektoren relativ zueinander und/oder zu den Farbteilerprismen veraendert.
