Aus Metallschaumbausteinen aufgebautes Bauteil und Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauteil aus Metallschaum und ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung, bei dem mehrere Metallschaumbausteine dreidimensional angeordnet werden, wobei entweder ein Gebilde, dass die aeussere Huelle des Bauteils aus Metallschaum bildet, mit den Metallschaumbausteinen zumindest teilweise befuellt wird oder die Metallschaumbauteile zu einem Koerper, mit einer Geometrie, die der des herzuzstellenden Bauteils entspricht, angeordnet werden, und die so angeordneten Metallschaumbausteine mindestens einer physikalischen und/oder chemischen Nachbehandlung unterworfen werden, so dass jeweils benachbarte Metallschaumbausteine formschluessig, stoffschluessig und/oder adhaesiv miteinander verbunden sind.
