Vorrichtung, Verfahren und Durchflussanalysensystem zum Erfassen immunogener Partikel

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung, ein Verfahren und ein Durchflussanalysensystem zum Erfassen immunogener Partikel mit einer Filtrationsmesszelle, in deren Innerem ein Filterteil zum Zurueckhalten der immunogenen Partikel angeordnet ist, und mit einem Sensorelement zum Empfangen eines spezifisch durch im Filtermaterial befindliche immunogene Partikel erzeugten Signals. Um eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Erfassen immunogener Partikel in einem Probenfluid anzugeben, welche eine genauere, schnellere und kostenguenstigere Bestimmung immunogener Partikel auch ausserhalb eines Laboratoriums erlaubt, ist die Filtrationsmesszelle zumindest teilweise durchlaessig fuer das Signal und das Sensorelement ist so angeordnet, dass es sich nahe dem Filterteil befindet und das erzeugte Signal empfaengt.
