A stirring mechanism (15) is controlled by a central unit (21) located outside the container. Preheated water is added and additionally heated if necessary by a heating unit (24). USE - The device can be used for the germination of cereals which are used in bread baking or for animal food. ADVANTAGE - The device reduces the germination time and protects the cereals from putrefaction.
