Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Formbauteil aus Metallguss und ein Herstellverfahren fuer ein Formbauteil aus Metallguss, insbesondere eine Oelwanne einer Brennkraftmaschine mit einer Mehrzahl an Faserelementen, wobei die Faserelemente in ein Gefuege eines Metalls oder einer Metall-Legierung des Formbauteiles eingelagert sind.

The fiber elements are arranged in the structure of the molded part in the form of a flat or spatial lattice (10) or in the form of a skeleton and have a coating corresponding to the composition of the metal or metal alloy of the molded part. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a process for the production of a molded part. Preferred Features: The molded part also has a number of short fiber elements (4a) regularly arranged in the whole structure of the molded part. The molded part is made from aluminum or aluminum alloy. The long and short fiber elements are made from silicon carbide, silicon nitride, silicon carbonitride or aluminum oxide. USE - Used as an oil sump of a vehicle engine. ADVANTAGE - The molded part has good resistance to engine oil and coolant.
