Verfahren zur Filtration eines verkeimten oder mit Pyrogenen verunreinigten Abgas-, Wasser- oder Luftstroms sowie dessen Verwendung

Beschrieben wird ein sterilisierbarer Filter mit wenigstens einem Filterelement. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Filterelement einen elektrisch leitenden Bestandteil aufweist, und dass das Filterelement zur Sterilisation mittels Stromdurchgang aufheizbar ist.
