Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Flüssigkeit enthaltend Liposomen und hergestellte Flüssigkeit

Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Flüssigkeit enthaltend Liposomen bereitgestellt. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leiten einer ersten Flüssigkeit und einer zweiten Flüssigkeit in einen Mikromischer und bis zum Ausgang des Mikromischers durch Gasdruck aus mindestens einer Quelle von Gas, optional zusätzlich durch mindestens eine Vorrichtung zur Flüssigkeitsförderung, erfolgt, wobei die Gesamtflussrate der Flüssigkeiten so eingestellt wird, dass sie am Ausgang des Mikromischers mindestens 10 mL/min beträgt. Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung ermöglichen es, auf einfache und reproduzierbare Art und Weise in industriellem Maßstab Flüssigkeiten bereitzustellen, die Liposomen mit einer engen Größenverteilung enthalten. Ferner wird eine Flüssigkeit enthaltend Liposomen mit einer engen Größenverteilung bereitgestellt und Verwendungen hiervon vorgeschlagen.
