Ein Verfahren zur Ermittlung von einem Identifikationsmerkmal eines Bauteils umfasst die Schritte:- Erhalten einer Aufnahme des Bauteils oder Durchführen eines Werkstoffprüfverfahrens für das Bauteil, um die Aufnahme desselben zu erhalten;- Identifizieren von mindestens einem fertigungsbedingten Charakteristikum in der Aufnahme;- Erstellen eines digitalen Fingerabdrucks auf Basis des mindestens einen fertigungsbedingten Charakteristikums; und- Speichern des digitalen Fingerabdrucks als Identifikationsmerkmal des Bauteils.

The invention relates to a method for determining an identification feature of a component, comprising the steps of: - obtaining an image of the component or carrying out a material testing method for the component in order to receive the image thereof; - identifying at least one production-related characteristic in the image; - creating a digital fingerprint based on the at least one production-related characteristic; and - storing the digital fingerprint as an identification feature of the component.
