(A1) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ausbilden einer Mikro-Oberflaechenstruktur an einem Substrat, insbesondere zur Herstellung eines mikroelektromechanischen Bauelements, eine derartige Mikro-Oberflaechenstruktur, ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines mikroelektromechanischen Bauelements mit einer derartigen Mikro-Oberflaechenstruktur sowie ein solches mikroelektromechanisches Bauelement. Die Erfindung ist insbesondere relevant fuer Bauelemente der Mikrosystemtechnik (MST, microelectromechanical systems MEMS) sowie die Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik zur hermetischen Gehaeusung von Mikrobauelementen, vorzugsweise unter Verwendung von Gettermaterialien.
