Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Abtrennung von Schwermetallionen aus waessriger Loesung bei pH 5-7, bei dem ein Polyelektrolytkomplex aus einem Polykation und einer Phosphonverbindung gebildet wird, und der Polyelektrolytkomplex mit den Schwermetallionen beladen und abgetrennt wird.

DE 19829827 A UPAB: 20000508 NOVELTY - Heavy metal ions are separated from aqueous solution at pH 5-7 by a process comprising: (a) formation of a polyelectrolyte complex of a polycation and a phosphone compound; (b) loading the polyelectrolyte complex with the heavy metal ions; and (c) separating the loaded polyelectrolyte complex. USE - The process is useful for separation of heavy metal ions from aqueous solutions. It is especially useful for separating nickel ions from aqueous solution. ADVANTAGE - The agents used for separation of the heavy metal ions are more effective at lower concentrations than prior art agents.
