(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Plasmabehandlung der Innenflaeche eines Hohlkoerpers, bei dem der Hohlkoerper in ein elektrisches Wechselfeld eingebracht wird und in seinem Inneren eine Hohlraumteilentladung betreibbar ist, wobei die Temperatur der Gasentladung kleiner als 120°C ist.
