(B3) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Interferometer, bei dem ein Lichtstrahl mit einem Strahlteiler aufgeteilt, die erzeugten Teilstrahlen ueber Reflektionsspiegel wieder ueberlagert und eine Intensitaet des durch Ueberlagerung dieser Teillichtstrahlen erzeugten Lichtstrahles mit einem Detektor analysiert werden, wobei die beiden Reflektionsspiegel auf einer optischen Platte montiert und gemeinsam bewegt werden, oder wobei die beiden Spiegel ortsfest sind und der Strahlteiler auf der optischen Platte bewegt wird.

Produced partial beams (L2, L3) are overlaid again by reflection mirrors (2, 3), and an intensity of another beam of light (L4) is analyzed with a detector.
