Plasmabeschichtung von Metallen bei Atmosphaerendruck

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schichtsystems, bestehend aus einer Haftschicht und einem organischen Ueberzug, auf einem Substrat, wobei die Haftschicht mittels einer Barriereentladung bei einem Druck von 0,1 bis 1,5 bar erzeugt wird und das so beschichtete Substrat mit einem organischen Ueberzug versehen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Substrat metallisch ist und die Barriereentladung in einer gasfoermigen Mischung oder einem Aerosol aus mindestens einem inerten Traegergas, mindestens einem oxidierenden Gas und mindestens einer Organosiliziumverbindung, die nicht Tetramethylsilan ist, erfolgt; je nach Substrat setzt man als Organosiliziumverbindung vorzugsweise Hexamethyldisiloxan oder Tetraethoxysilan ein. Das Verfahren ist insbesondere dafuer vorgesehen, ein Schichtsystem auf einem laufenden Metallband aufzubringen.
