Abstract
(A1) Ein optischer Sensor weist einen Kanal (110) und einen Lichtwellenleiter (120) auf. Der Kanal (110) weist gegenueberliegenden Seitenwaenden (112a, 112b), die durch einen Boden (114) verbunden sind, auf. Der Lichtwellenleiter (120) ist entlang der gegenueberliegenden Seitenwaende (112a, 112b) und entlang des Bodens (114) ausgebildet, so dass Licht (130) beim Passieren des Lichtwellenleiters (120) ein evaneszentes Feld (132) im Kanal (110) erzeugt und Molekuele (140) im Kanal (110) durch eine Wechselwirkung mit dem evaneszenten Feld (132) detektierbar sind.
