The invention relates to a piezo-electrical adjustment device, in particular for moving and/or positioning optical elements in micro-optics, whereby the movement is generated by deflecting strip-shaped piezo-electrical bending elements. The invention is based on the task of specifying a piezo-electrical adjustment device which is characterized on the one hand by the smallest possible size but which ensures on the other hand a precise and fast positioning or movement of the component to be adjusted. The invention achieves this by the fact that at least two identical, simultaneously controllable piezo-electrical bending elements (1,2), bending in the same direction on application of a control signal, said bending elements forming two first opposing legs of a parallellogram (3) and which are linked at one end to one of the two also opposing legs (4) and at their other end to the other of the two legs (5) of the parallellogram (3), whereby one of the two legs (4) is fixable at its base and the other, movable second leg is connected to the optical element to be moved.
