(A1) Es wird eine Abbildungsvorrichtung (1) zum Beeinflussen von auftreffendem Licht mit einem optischen Element (2) und einem Aktuator (3) zum Verformen des optischen Elements (2) vorgeschlagen. Das optische Element (2) weist eine dem auftreffenden Licht zugewandte Oberflaeche und der Aktuator (3) weist wenigstens ein piezo-elektrisches Element (4; 4'; 4''; 104a, 104b) auf. Das piezo-elektrische Element (4; 4'; 4''; 104a, 104b) ist dabei ueber eine Steuereinrichtung (7) ansteuerbar. Ausserdem ist das piezo-elektrische Element (4; 4'; 4''; 104a, 104b) an einer Rueckflaeche und/oder an der dem auftreffenden Licht zugewandten Oberflaeche des optischen Elements (2) angebracht. Das optische Element (2) ist ueber wenigstens ein derartiges Lagerelement (6a, 6b; 6a, 6c; 6d, 6e; 106; 206; 306; 406; 506; 706; 806; 906; 916) gelagert, das richtungsabhaenige Nachgiebigkeiten fuer jeweils wenigstens einen Drehfreiheitsgrad und/oder Verschiebungsfreiheitsgrad besitzt, so dass eine im Wesentlichen laengskraftlose Biegung bei im Wesentlichen fixierter Gesamtlage des optischen Elements (2) erreichbar ist.
