Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Adsorptionsmittels, wobei eine Fuellstoffsuspension aus zumindest einem Fuellstoff und Wasser hergestellt wird. Die Fuellstoffsuspension wird mit einem Kautschuklatex oder einer Kautschukemulsion oder einer Kautschukloesung vermischt. Aus der Mischung wird fuellstoffhaltiges Kautschukpulver ausgefaellt. Das Kautschukpulver wird anschliessend von der fluessigen Phase abgetrennt. Zusaetzlich wird zumindest ein Bindemittel zugesetzt.
