Es wird ein Einwegbehaelter (1) zur Selbsterwaermung oder -kuehlung von Fluessigkeiten oder Feststoffen vorgeschlagen, der zwei durch eine innere Folie (7) getrennte Raeume (16, 17), ein Metallgefaess (4) und eine Abreissfolie (5) aufweist, wobei das Metallgefaess (4) mit einem oberen Bauteil (3) verkeilt, verklebt oder versiegelt ist und dieses zu einem unteren Bauteil (2) mittels eines Gewindes (8) drehbar angeordnet und die Folie (7) durch diese Drehbewegung zerstoerbar ist.
