Filteranordnung und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Filteranordnung

(A1) Eine Filteranordnung weist einen Einstroemweg (105), einen ersten Ausstroemweg (110) und einen zweiten Ausstroemweg (120) auf. Ferner weist die Filteranordnung einen hydrophoben Membranfilter (140) zwischen dem Einstroemweg (105) und dem ersten Ausstroemweg (110) und einen hydrophilen Membranfilter (150) zwischen dem Einstroemweg (105) und dem zweiten Ausstroemweg (120) auf. Die Filteranordnung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zumindest ein Abschnitt des hydrophoben Membranfilters (140) und des hydrophilen Membranfilters (150) mit einem Abstand (d) von nicht mehr als 1 mm gegenueberliegen, so dass eine Gasblase (210), die sich mit einem in dem Einstroemweg (105) stroemenden Mediums (220) bewegt, waehrend der Bewegung in Kontakt mit dem hydrophoben Membranfilter (140) kommt.

A section of another hydrophobic membrane filter (140) and a section of the latter filter lie opposite to each other at a distance (d) of not more than 1 mm, so that a gas bubble (210) moving with a medium (220), which flows in the inflow path, is in contact with the latter hydrophobic membrane filter during the movement. The outflow paths of the filter arrangement are connected to a suction side of the pump. USE - Pump for pumping a medium i.e. water, from a suction side to a pressure side. ADVANTAGE - The outflow paths of the filter arrangement are connected to the suction side of the pump, thus filtering a particle from the medium with the gas bubble independent of orientation of the filter arrangement, without guiding the gas bubble for increasing flow resistance.
