Anpassungsschicht fuer Ultraschallwandler und Verfahren zur Herstellung

(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anpassungsschicht fuer Ultraschallwandler, zur Anpassung der akustischen Impedanz, die auf einer Oberflaeche eines Ultraschallwandlers angeordnet ist und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Anpassungsschicht fuer Ultraschallwandler zur Verfuegung zu stellen, deren akustische Impedanz fuer einen zu untersuchenden Koerper oder Gegenstand genauer und reproduzierbar einstellbar ist. Die erfindungsgemaesse Anpassungsschicht ist mit einem polymeren Harz, in dem partikelfoermiges Keramik eingebettet ist, gebildet. Die partikelfoermige Keramik ist dabei in Form eines aus einzelnen Partikeln gebildeten Pulvers und ausserdem in Form eines aus miteinander verbundenen keramischen Partikeln gebildeten Granulats in der Anpassungsschicht enthalten.
