Ein Verfahren zum Bearbeiten eines Halbleitersubstrats enthaelt einen Schritt des Bereitstellens eines Halbleitersubstrats mit einer ersten Oberflaeche und einer zweiten Oberflaeche, einen Schritt des Ausbildens einer Kontaktflaeche auf der ersten Oberflaeche, einen Schritt des Duennens des Halbleitersubstrats von der zweiten Oberflaeche her sowie einen Schritt des Erstellens des Lotdepots auf der Kontaktflaeche nach dem Duennen des Halbleitersubstrats.
