Die Erfindung betrifft eine pharmakologische Zubereitung aus einem nanopartikulaeren mesomorphen Polyelektrolyt-Lipid-Komplex und mindestens einem Wirkstoff. Der Polyelektrolyt-Lipid-Komplex weist dabei eine lamellare Struktur aus sich abwechselnden ionischen und nicht-ionischen Schichten auf, wobei der Wirkstoff in der nicht-ionischen Schicht eingelagert ist.

USE - (A) are used for the controlled delivery of (II) on slow break up in vivo (under the influence of solvent equilibria and charge interactions) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - (A) is an easily applied formulation providing controlled biodistribution, bioavailability and resorption of (II). The chemical stability of unstable (II) is improved in the form of (A), and crystallization of (II) is suppressed.
