Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Lotmaterial zum Weichloeten sowie ein Verfahren zum Ausbilden von Weichloetverbindungen zwischen zwei loetbaren Oberflaechenabschnitten, wobei das Lotmaterial einen Gewichtsprozentanteil Aluminium von ? 0,01% (Gew./Gew.) aufweist. Das Lotmaterial kann sowohl zum Ausbilden von Loetverbindungen als auch zum Beschichten von metallischen Anschluessen genutzt werden.
