Koppelfeldmatrixschaltung

A switching matrix circuit for the optional switching of a multitude of input lines to a multitude of output lines has, instead of the usual CMOS structure, input circuits with control line pairs connected to them, output circuits with signalling line pairs connected to them, and pairs of bipolar transistors arranged at every crosspoint between the control line pairs and the signalling line pairs, whereby the bases of the bipolar transistors are connected to the control lines whose collectors are connected to the signalling lines and whose emitters are connected to a common node, to which a current can be applied in order to select the associated crosspoint.
