Die Offenbarung beschreibt ein Bauelement (100) für eine mechanische Vorrichtung, wobei das Bauelement (100) zumindest teilweise aus Stahl besteht, und eine oder mehrere kreisrunde Ausnehmungen (102-105) zur Aufnahme einer Schraube aufweist. Zudem ist der Stahl für eine jeweilige kreisrunde Ausnehmung (102-105) in einem die jeweilige kreisrunde Ausnehmung unmittelbar umgebenden ersten Bereich (106-109) gehärtet und in einem den ersten Bereich unmittelbar umgebenden zweiten Bereich (110) ungehärtet.

The disclosure describes a component (100) for a mechanical device. The component (100) is made at least partly of steel and has one or more circular holes (102-105) for receiving a screw. Furthermore, for each circular hole (102-105) the steel is hardened in a first region (106-109) directly surrounding the circular hole and is unhardened in a second region (110) directly surrounding the first region.
