Beschrieben wird eine Lueftungsanordnung fuer Gebaeude mit Waermeentzug aus einem aus dem Gebaeude gerichteten Abluftstrom (LAb) und/oder aus einem in das Gebaeude gerichteten Zuluftstrom (LZu) mit einer Waermepumpe, die einen Kaeltemittel/Wasser-Waermeuebertrager (WW) mit einem wasserseitig geregelten Massenstrom aufweist und einen fuer den Zuluftstrom (LZu) sowie einen fuer den Abluftstrom (LAb) dienenden Kaeltemittel/Luft-Waermeuebertrager (LWZu, LWAb) vorsieht, der jeweils in Reihe zu dem Kaeltemittel/Wasser-Waermeuebertrager (WW) zuschaltbar ist.
